three 6 mafia saved my life

POST SOMETHING YOU DIVS

i'm currently downloading every single 'now thats what i call music' cd. can't wait to put them all on random play. it's gonna be the worst

can put them on data dvds for anyone else who wants to indulge in this act of masochism

SONGS

lady gaga - alejandro
[edit: nooooooooo. just heard the apparent official version of this an it sounds way worse. still good though i guess] possibly the best song i've ever heard. need an instrumental version of this now, would be so awesome. this song is about 2834348509359496 times better than 'bad romance' and 'dance in the dark'. can't wait for 'the fame: monster',

thumbs up

annie - i don't like your band
haven't heard the new version of the album. didn't like this on first listen. much better on second. catchy. expect i will eventually love it along with the rest of the album but as a stand alone song for now, sorry annie...

thumbs down

ALBUMS

weezer - raditude
like the 'red album' i find this album pretty much impossible to decide if it's really awful or actually quite good. not at all helped by cuomo's increasingly awful lyrics. old school weezer fans won't be pleased to hear of a guest appearance by lil' wayne or that one of the songs was written with all-american rejects. however, 'can't stop partying' with lil' wayne is probably the best song on here to be honest.

thumbs down

raekwon - only built 4 cuban linx... pt II
heard this was a modern rap masterpierce prior to listening so had some pretty high hopes. was pretty underwhelmed at first but by the end of the album i have to admit that i did quite enjoy it. would much rather listen to raekwon in his wu-tang days though (oh, just checked and apparently they are actually still around. dont' think i've heard a new wu-tang clan song since 'gravel pit')

thumbs down
